Easter Island, with its white sand beaches and mysterious stone idols,
was originally inhabited by immigrants from the Marquesas Islands,
around the 4th century A.D. It was later “discovered” by
a Dutch mariner on Easter Sunday, 1722.
On this five-day trip, you’ll spend four nights in a lovely hotel
and visit many archaeological sites—the Rano Raruku volcano, La
Perousse Bay, Ahu Hekii, Ahu TePito Te Kura, Ana Kena, and the village
of Orongo.
The island offers wonderful opportunities for snorkeling, scuba, hiking,
and relaxing.
What’s included: Hotel accommodations, tours conducted by
